As a certified Sleep Consultant and mother of two, I understand the weight and frustration that comes with needing help but not knowing exactly where to turn. That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to identify the cause of their problems, understand the processes required to fix them, and design a plan that’s personalized and effective.  My experience working as a Visual Impairment teacher has further equipped me in all matters of communication and collaboration with parents who have children with very specific needs. It is my utmost passion and desire to improve the quality of life of child and parent alike.
